Appointment-preparation tool
The appointment-preparation tool arranges your answers into a note in your browser. We do not send or automatically save your answers, put them in the page URL, or store them in cookies, browser storage or a database. Google Analytics does not load on this tool's page. Our hosting provider still handles ordinary page requests.
Notes may be lost when you leave or reload. Copying puts the summary on your device's clipboard; printing or saving a PDF creates a copy under your control. Keep those copies secure. The tool's clear action removes answers from the page, not from your clipboard, saved files or printouts. Your browser, keyboard software and extensions may have their own data-handling features. Avoid entering identifying details, especially on shared devices.

Basic analytics
The phobia explorer also has analytics disabled. Text typed into its search box filters published pages in your browser and is not saved by the explorer. Existing search links and the homepage search can include a query in the URL, which is part of an ordinary page request; the explorer removes that query from the address bar after loading. Avoid personal information in searches.
Except on the appointment-preparation tool and phobia explorer, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, page views, traffic sources, and engagement. Analytics loads automatically on those other public pages and uses cookies to distinguish visits and returning browsers. Google processes information such as the pages visited, referring website, browser and device information, and approximate location.
We have disabled Google signals and advertising personalization for this site's tag. We do not send names, email addresses, or information submitted through health questionnaires, and automatic site-search and form-interaction measurement are disabled.

Embedded videos
Pages may include YouTube videos using privacy-enhanced embedding. Loading or playing an embedded video may still send information to YouTube under its own privacy practices.
